3. The hours of this facility start from 6:00 am till 8:30 pm with a variety of classes throughout the day.

4. This yoga facility appeals to all age groups with classes for moms and babies, teens, kids, and discount prices for seniors it is a great place for any age group. It does however appeal to people who are interested in yoga or getting in shape.

5. There are many programs that run regularly, and in addition to the regular classes there are also classes for athletes, children, moms with babies, and classes to become a teacher of yoga.

6. There are no extra fees for the additional programs, as you buy passes for a set price and then attend whichever class best appeals to your needs.

7. For those who cannot pay a lump sum of $1300 for an annual unlimited membership, there is a payment plan available for $120 a month.

8. The classes are all co-ed so there is not separate areas for men and women to work on their fitness. However, there are different classes based on age group and ability levels.

9. I think that this is a great facility, it offers a very wide range of programs to participate in and at many different times and days during the week so it is easy to work around your needs. I have always wanted to try Yoga, and it would definitely help me on my journey towards health as it exercises both the body and mind.
